What are the functions of betaine hydrochloride
Nature and biological function
Betaine (trimethylglycine) is a natural compound that exists in the organism, and is an intermediate product of methyl in animals. This substance is named after it was originally extracted from betaine. The feed betaine is white crystal, five poisons harmless, can withstand 200 ℃ high temperature, and has high stability. The main biological functions of betaine are:
1. High-efficiency methyl donor in animal metabolism;
2. Ideal food attractant for poultry;
3. It can significantly increase the level of growth hormone in animals and promote growth;
4. Promote fat catabolism, reduce body fat deposition, and effectively prevent the occurrence of fatty liver;
5. Improve the tolerance of animals to osmotic pressure shock.
Amount added
The amount of betaine added varies with the variety of poultry and the composition of the diet. The recommended amount is 0.2~1.5kg/L, and the amount of betaine added to prevent intestinal stress and fatty liver should be greater than 0.75kg/L.
Main purpose
1. It can partially replace methionine and give priority to methyl
2. Increase food intake to promote growth. When animals have diarrhea, it can play a role in preventing water loss and maintaining normal digestive function of the intestine;
3. Improve meat color and flavor.
4. Increase the breast muscle rate of broilers and reduce abdominal fat deposition;
5. Promote growth and reduce the ratio of feed to meat;
6. Improve the resistance of poultry to coccidiosis infection, and contribute to the effect of anti-coccidiosis drugs.
Precautions
1. In addition to the premix of this product, it is better to use anhydrous mineral salts as the trace minerals to maintain the good fluidity of the product.
2. Betaine is hygroscopic and should be sealed and stored. Do not expose this product to the air.
